Yerdeniz ve G\u00f6ztepe Kooperatifi kad\u0131nlar\u0131 olarak Antalya G\u0131da Toplulu\u011fu’nun yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 if\u015fa metni (ek-1)<\/strong> ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcrecin bug\u00fcne kadar yak\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olduk. Bir yandan ili\u015fkilerimiz devam ederken bir yandan sorular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sorduk (ek-2)<\/strong> bir yandan da ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve anlama s\u00fcrecini ilerlettik…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6zellikle Refikler Kom\u00fcn\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ile bile\u015feni oldu\u011fumuz K\u0131r Kent A\u011f\u0131’ndan Kad\u0131nlar olarak 2 toplant\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve sorular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sormaya devam ettik. Ayr\u0131ca Kom\u00fcn\u00fcn di\u011fer \u00fcyelerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 ile de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerimiz oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ve toplant\u0131lar sonras\u0131nda Refikler Kom\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fanan taciz olay\u0131n\u0131 ve bu olaydaki kendi sorumlulu\u011funu kabul eden, tacize u\u011frayan kad\u0131nlardan ve kamuoyundan \u00f6z\u00fcr dileyen bir metni bizlerle payla\u015ft\u0131. (ek-3)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biz de farkl\u0131 kooperatiflerden kad\u0131nlar olarak metnin sadece bizlerle payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtip, \u00e7e\u015fitli platformlarda payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedik. Sordu\u011fumuz somut sorulara, somut cevaplar alamad\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcre\u00e7te daha net ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi kendilerine ilettik. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bize konuyla ilgili hala i\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini ve bundan farkl\u0131 olarak somut bir ad\u0131m atmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmediklerini ifade ettiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u0131r Kent A\u011f\u0131’ndan kad\u0131nlar olarak cinsel \u015fiddet, taciz, cinsel sald\u0131r\u0131 gibi konularda Refikler Kom\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bug\u00fcne kadarki tutumunda pek \u00e7ok eksiklik g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, tepkisini yeterli bulmuyoruz. Refleks g\u00f6sterme noktas\u0131nda at\u0131l ve hatta niyetsiz g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bundan sonra ya\u015fanabilecek olas\u0131 cinsel taciz, sald\u0131r\u0131 ya da \u015fiddet vakalar\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir tav\u0131r alacaklar\u0131 bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan hala net de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refikler Kom\u00fcn\u00fc ile cinsel su\u00e7lara kar\u015f\u0131 gerekli ve yeterli duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stermedi\u011fi ve bu konuda at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in gerek sosyal gerek ticari t\u00fcm ili\u015fkilerimizi kesti\u011fimizi bildiririz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
